Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Gemma Steemers, I’m a social psychologist and I happily work and live in Leiden.
With over 20 years of experience in the counselling sector and competence training, I started Talent op 1 ten years ago. I believe it is important to focus on the client and offer a personalized guidance and approach.
My strongest capabilities are being able to motivate and inspire people by really listening to them and giving them the space to bring about change with energy and trust.
I grew up in many different countries and have experienced many education systems and cultures, which each have their pros and cons. This helps me to connect with people that have a hard time finding their place or are looking for a new challenge.
I am a positive, proactive and creative person. Besides working as a psychologist, I am also an artist at the Haagweg in Leiden.
