Yes, you too have things that you’re good at and that will get you motivated, even if you don’t see that right now. In the second step we will find out what your unique qualities, your passions and your strengths are. In a refreshing and effective way, you will learn to look at what you have to offer and how to utilize it.
Step 3: working towards your personal goals
With confidence in your own talents, the path is made clear to make choices and take steps at your own pace. You will learn how to find and use your own strengths again. You will experience an upward spiral through which you will get motivated to get back to work.
The first step is to relieve you of the pressure and the stress to make a choice. It is then that you can start to experience the freedom to discover your own potential and talents.
